Finish 1-20

Finish 1-20 custom fields show any completion date information related to a task or project.

For example, 4 months ago you set Baseline Finish custom field and now you would like to report on the up-to-date changes in your project. If you created custom fields Finish 1–20 when you set up VIP Task Manager Professional and Baseline Finish has changed, you can rename custom field Finish 1 to "Interim Finish" which will show interim Finish date between Baseline Finish and Actual Finish.

To create custom fields Finish 1-20 please follow the steps below:

1. Go to: Tools/Custom fields and press "Ins" button

2. in "Title" field enter "Finish 1", "Finish 2" or "Finish 3", etc.

3. in "Code" field enter "cf_finish _1", cf_finish _2" or "cf_finish _3", etc.

In "Type" field select "Date&Time" and click "Ok" button

If you would like to track the values of custom field "Finish" without time select "Date" from the drop down list of available custom field types

4. to display the value of custom fields Finish 1-10 on Task List or Task Tree please go to Task List or Task Tree, click Task List Columns or Task Tree Columns button   and check the custom field "Finish 1", "Finish 2" or "Finish 3", etc.

5. to enter value of custom fields Finish 1-20 please do the following:

• Open a task and go to Custom Fields tab

• Select the date from the drop-down calendar, enter time and click "Ok" button.
