the formula:
Cost Variance = Cost - Baseline

you are over your budget.

amount of overspending on budget per particular project on Task List, filter your to-do list by task
group with project tasks.
- To
display the average amount of overspending
on budget on Task List
set filter by custom field "Cost Variance"
- Set
footer:
- right
click under column "Cost Variance"
- select "Average"
