There are no resources on 'Resources' tab of 'New Task' or 'Edit Task' dialog

If there are no resources on ‘Resources’ tab of ‘New Task’ or 'Edit Task' dialog, but they are on Resource List view, please, do the following:

1. Go to ‘Resource List’ view



2. Double click on resource that you want to be visible on ‘Resources’ tab



3. In ‘Edit Resource’ dialog check ‘Assignment’ option and click 'Ok'



 

If the number of your resources exceeds the Task window size, vertical scrolling bar will appear. If there is no vertical scrolling bar, so some of the resources are not visible, it might be caused by your screen settings. Please do the following:

1. Right click on desktop and select ‘Properties’ from drop-down list



2. Go to ‘Settings’ tab and click on ‘Advanced’ button



3. Open ‘DPI Setting’ drop-down list and select ‘ Normal size (96 DPI)’



4. Go to ‘Appearance’ tab, select following settings (see screenshot) and click ‘Ok’
