I would not want any of my employees to see my personal task list. How can each user have their own task list that no other users can see?
VIP Task Manager Professional edition allows users to have their own task list nobody else can see. To set it this way you should:
A. When adding new Users to the application, you will be asked if you would like to create a personal folder for this Resource. Click 'OK' button and the program will create a folder (Task Group) only this user will see.
B. If you already have Users and didn't create personal folders for these Users:
Login as Administrator (password 'admin')
Create Task Groups on the first level (under the main Task Group) and name these folders by the names of their users, ex.: John Doe.
In the Task Tree view select this Task Group/folder and in the Permissions panel allow user John Doe to see, create, edit and delete Tasks in this folder. (All other users will not see this folder and its tasks)
