I can't sort the tasks manually, because 'Move Up', 'Move Down' buttons are disabled

If you can’t sort the tasks manually because ‘Move Up’, ‘Move Down’ buttons are disabled (grayed out), please, do the following:

1. Click on ‘Manual Sorting’ button on Task List or Task Tree toolbar or right click on Task List or Task Tree grid and select ‘Manual Sorting’ from drop-down list

2. Click ‘Move Up’/’Move Down’ buttons on Task List or Task Tree toolbar or right click on Task List or Task Tree grid and select these commands from drop-down list
