If you want to sort the tasks not only by urgency, but also by their importance, as it is shown on screenshot above, you can do the following steps:

  1. Go to main menu command [Tools -> Custom fields…]
  2. Click ‘New’ button in ‘Edit custom fields’ window
  3. Enter ‘Urgency’ into ‘Title:’ entry field in ‘Edit Custom Field’ window
  4. Select ‘List’ from ‘Type:’ drop-down list
  5. Click ‘Add’ button in ‘Edit Custom Field’ window
  6. Enter ‘Urgent’ into ‘Title’ entry field in ‘Edit list item’ window and click ‘Ok’
  7. Click ‘Add’ button in ‘Edit Custom Field’ window
  8. Enter ‘Not urgent’ into ‘Title’ entry field in ‘Edit list item’ window and click ‘Ok’
  9. Click ‘Ok’ button in ‘Edit Custom Field’ window
  10. Click ‘New’ button in ‘Edit custom fields’ window
  11. Enter ‘Importance’ into ‘Title:’ entry field in ‘Edit Custom Field’ window
  12. Select ‘List’ from ‘Type:’ drop-down list
  13. Click ‘Add’ button in ‘Edit Custom Field’ window
  14. Enter ‘Important’ into ‘Title’ entry field in ‘Edit list item’ window and click ‘Ok’
  15. Click ‘Add’ button in ‘Edit Custom Field’ window
  16. Enter ‘Unimportant’ into ‘Title’ entry field in ‘Edit list item’ window and click ‘Ok’
  17. Click ‘Ok’ button in ‘Edit Custom Field’ window
  18. Click ‘Ok’ button in ‘Edit custom fields’ window
  19. Right click on task group you want these custom fields to be visible in and select ‘Custom fields options’ from drop-down list. If you want custom fields to be visible for all the tasks of your database, right click on the top task group.
  20. Select ‘Urgency’ custom field from the list
  21. Select ‘Subgroups&tasks’ from ‘Setting for:’ drop-down list
  22. Select ‘Enable’ from ‘Field: Urgency’ drop-down list
  23. Check ‘Edit’ option
  24. Select ‘Importance’ custom field from the list
  25. Select ‘Subgroups&tasks’ from ‘Setting for:’ drop-down list
  26. Select ‘Enable’ from ‘Field: Importance’ drop-down list
  27. Check ‘Edit’ option and click ‘Ok’ button
