How to create a new status?

How to create a new status?

If you want to create your own status, please, do the following:

  1. Go to menu 'Tools'
  2. Select 'Edit Workflow'
  3. In the dialog box 'Edit Workflow' click on 'New Status' button
  4. In the dialog box 'Create Status' enter the name of the status you want to add.
  5. If your new status corresponds to a certain % of task completion, specify it in Complete field.
  6. If your new status corresponds to a status in VIP Team To Do List select it from the drop down menu of VPXML Status field.
  7. If your new status requires automatic notification to all concerned with this task, select 'On' in Notification field.
