Work custom field

Work custom field allows to track the total amount of time scheduled for a task assigned to resource, the total amount of time scheduled to resource for all assigned tasks and projects or total amount of time for group of resources assigned to task(s) or project (s).

to create custom filed Work please follow the steps below:

1. Go to: Tools/Custom fields and press "Ins" button



2. in "Title" field enter "Work"



3. in "Code" field enter "cf_work"



4. in "Type" field select "Duration" and click "Ok" button



5. to display the value of custom field Work on Task List or Task Tree please go to Task List or Task Tree, click Task List Columns or Task Tree Columns button and check the custom field "Work"

6. to enter value of custom field Work please do the following:

• Open a task and go to Custom Fields tab

• Enter the value for Work custom field, for example, if the assigned resource has estimated scheduled time 60 hours, enter "60 hours" in custom field "Work".
