The Percentage (Number) of Source Accesses to Web site is e-marketing KPI that shows how the customer found the website about your product or services:
- access enter directly by typing the URL of your Website
- access from search results
- access from reference sites that link to your Website
This KPI helps estimate the number of direct accesses against other rates of accesses to your website. If the number of direct access increases, your product or service gets more attention.
To calculate the percentage or number of direct accesses against the number of other types of source accesses to your website please follow the steps below:
- Create workflow with different rates of source accesses to the website:
- If you need to view the
percentage % or number of source
accesses to website per
particular project, filter your to-do list by task group with project
tasks.
- If you need to view the value
of this KPI over some time span, please set the appropriate filters on
Task List – Filters panel
To view the
percentage % of different types of source accesses by which the customers find
your products or services please do the following:
- to group tasks by Status drag and drop
column header "Status" to the top of your task list
- go to Charts panel and select the required
diagram type, for example, "Pie diagram"
To view the
number of different types of source accesses please follow the steps below:
- set filter by
Status, e.g. Direct Access
- to set footer to display the
number of products or services found using particular access source right
click under column "Status" and select "Count"

you can view the number of products
or services found per particular type of source access if you group task list
by column "Status" and click "Expand All" button
