Percentage (number) of Tasks Handled Within Agreed-Upon Time-frame
Number of tasks handled within
agreed upon time-frame is a key performance indicator that shows the number of tasks that should be
completed within certain stipulated time span, i.e. by agreed-upon Due Date. This KPI helps to define how successfully you
hit the target within agreed-upon time frame.
If you need
to view the number of tasks handled within agreed upon time-frame please do the
following:
- Set filter by Due Date to
display tasks that should be handled by agreed-upon date

- Set filter by Date Completed

- If you need to view the number
of tasks handled within agreed upon time-frame for particular project you
need to select task group and double click it

- set footer to display the total
amount of tasks handled within agreed upon time-frame for a given project
or to-do list:
- right
click under Name, ID column or Status column
- select
"Count"
