Percentage (number) of High, Normal and Low Priority Tasks
This key
performance indicator shows the percentage % and the amount of tasks with
different priority: high, normal and low. This KPI helps to perform your work more
productively defining the percentage %
or number of tasks which should be performed in the first place (high
priority tasks) and the percentage % or
number of tasks that do not require urgent actions and can wait while you are
performing high priority tasks (low priority tasks).
If you need
to calculate the percentage (number) of high, normal and low priority tasks,
please follow the steps below:
- If you need to view the percentage
% or number of high, normal and low priority tasks per particular project, filter your to-do
list by task group with project tasks.
- If you need to view the percentage
% or number of high, normal and low priority tasks per particular resource
and/or over some time span, please set the appropriate filters on Task
List – Filters panel
To view the
percentage % of high, normal and low priority tasks please do the following:
- to group tasks by Priority drag and drop
column header "Priority" to the top of your task list
- go to Charts panel and select the required
diagram type, for example, "Pie diagram"
To view the
number high, normal or low priority tasks please follow the steps below:
- set filter by
Priority "High" , "Normal" or "Low"
- to set footer to display the
number of tasks with High, Normal
and Low Priority for a given project or to-do list right click under column "Priority" and select "Count"
Alternatively you can view the number of tasks with High, Normal and Low Priority if you group task list by column "Priority" and click "Expand All" button.
