Home Phone Custom Field

Home Phone

Home Phone custom field shows the phone number of resource, customer or any other stakeholder who refer to tasks or projects.  

To create custom filed "Home Phone" please follow the steps below:

1. Go to: Tools/Custom fields and press "Ins" button

2. In "Title" field enter "Home Phone"

      3. in "Code" field enter "cf_home_phone"

4. Select "String" in "Type" field and click "Ok" button. 

5. to display the value of custom field Home Phone on Task List or Task Tree please go to Task List or Task Tree, click Task List Columns or Task Tree Columns button   and check the custom field "Home Phone"

6. to enter the values for custom field "Home Phone" please do the following:

• Open a task and go to Custom Fields tab

• Enter the phone number in field "Home Phone", for example, 1-415-951-2654

You can add the following custom fields:

• Primary Phone
• Other Phone (to add additional phone number)
• Home Fax  
• Other Fax (to add additional fax number)
