Custom Workflow 45: Inactivated – Runnable – Sleep – Terminated

It is possible to use the following task statuses in VIP Task Manager Professional:

• Inactivated

Task status "Inactivated" shows the task was added to Task List/Task Tree of VIP Task Manager Professional.

• Runnable

Task status "Runnable" notifies that the assigned resource is executing the task.

• Sleep

Task status "Sleep" means that the task is blocked and is waiting for some event to resume the task. in some cases it can be caused by required time delays.

• Terminated

Task status "Terminated" renders successful task execution.



Task statuses of Custom Workflow 45 on Task List

To create custom workflow using the statuses described above, please follow the steps below:

• Go to: Tools/Custom workflow



• Click "New Workflow"   button.



• In Name field enter custom field name, for example, "Workflow 45".



• Click "Ins" button, enter the status name "Inactivated" in Name field and click "Ok" button.



• Add other statuses: "Runnable", "Sleep" and "Terminated".
