Custom Workflow 29: in Progress – Billed – in Test – Cancelled - Review
You can use
the following task statuses to manage bugs:

In
Progress
Task status
"In Progress" shows that the developers are trying to fix the bug.

Billed
Task Status
"Billed" means that the bug was fixed and the new version was released.

In
Test
Task Status
"In Test" notifies that the QA department is testing the new fixed version.

Cancelled
Task Status
"Cancelled" notifies that there is no need in doing this task any more.

Review
Task Status
"Review" shows the responsible people checked the new fixed version and it
works as it should.
To create
custom workflow using the statuses described above, please follow the steps
below:
- Go to: Tools/Custom workflow
- Click "New Workflow" button
- In Name field enter custom
field name, for example, "Workflow 29".
- Click "Ins" button, enter the
status name "In Progress" in Name field and click "Ok" button.
- Add other statuses: "Billed", "In
Test", "Cancelled" and "Review".
