Custom Workflow 23: Pending in Risk in Production - Complete
This
workflow is based on the following statuses:
- Pending
Task status
"Pending" shows that the task was created, however, the work was stopped on it for
some reason, for example, the task needs the external event to start or it
requires the approval of superiors.
- In Risk
Tasks with
status "In Risk" usually have Due Date. They were started, however currently
the assigned resource is not working on it and the task Due Date will be
elapsed soon. You need to pay attention to tasks with this status.
- In Production
Task Status
"In Production" is displayed for regular tasks on which the resource is
currently working. If the tasks with status "In Production" do not have Due
Date, they cannot be set to "In Risk" status.
- Complete
Task Status
"Complete" shows that task was successfully completed and the assigned resource
achieved its goal.
To create
custom workflow using the statuses described above, please follow the steps
below:
- Go to: Tools/Custom workflow
- Click "New Workflow" button
- In Name field enter custom
field name, for example, "Workflow 23".
- Click "Ins" button, enter the
status name "Pending" in Name field and click "Ok" button.
- Click "Ins" button, enter the
status name "In Risk" in Name field and click "Ok" button.
- Click "Ins" button, enter the status name
"In Production" in Name field and click "Ok" button.
- Click "Ins" button, enter the
status name "Complete" in Name field and click "Ok" button.
