Backlog of Tasks

Task backlog is a key performance indicator that shows the number of tasks which are still not completed for a certain period of time.  This KPI helps to define how many tasks from a to-do list or project are procrastinated.

If you need to count tasks which were created 30 days ago and are still in status CREATED now, you need to do the following:

1. Set filter to display tasks in status CREATED



2. Set filter to display tasks which DATE CREATED is ‘less or equal’ certain date (for example, if today is February 28, than set January 31).



3. Set footer to display the sum of procrastinated tasks for a given project or to-do list:

- right click under Name or ID column

- select "Count"
