1. Choose necessary task attributes (columns) and remove unnecessary.

2. Adjust width of columns, change their order, set grouping and sorting

3. Find special Layout section on the main toolbar (Task List and Task Tree views)
|
|
4. Click on icon “Save current layout as…” and select “New…” |
5. Give a name to new layout and click “Ok”
|
|
6. If you are logged in as “Administrator” you can use option “Shared”. Check it if you would like to make new layout available for all users
|
|
7.After layout is saved you can select it from drop-down list in the Layout section
|
|
8. You can easily delete layout by special icon “Remove saved layout”
