Heyas,
i am evaluating VIP Taks Manager Pro (3.5.1.523) and i am somewhat missing the possibility to filter the task "By Resource - Role".

Heyas,
whilst sending multiple Task by email, every task generates a new email. This causes huge traffic. Can it be done the way that a new mail is only generated when needed (ie. only when resources/watchers/etc change)?

It was done specially to avoid confusion during sending tasks via e-mail.
One more example,if you send 5-10 tasks by e-mail and every task has big attachment it is real problem for your mail server.

What i wanted to say is: Consider you want to send 5 task, with 3 different resources. IMHO, it is only necessary to send 3 mails (one per resource) whereas one or two of those mails contain more than one task. Add some more intelligence to "precheck" receipient lists and you have the possibility to even reduce the traffic.
thanks

Heyas,
additionally: sending ONE task to multiple recipients (resources, watchers, owners) generates one mail each. for informational sakes it would be better to send the mail with resources in SendTo, watcher in CC and owner in CC.

Heyas,
it seems that tasks only show up in the calendar when there is a start/end date/time set. Since i want to use the tool just for task management (not planning, since they all go to external resources) it would be nice to have task with a set "due date" showing up in the calendar, too.
