when i click on test the database manager hangs. no errors only that the manager hang everytime. any suggestions?

Hi i just sent you the screenshot of the email settings. we host our own mail server and the app runs on that mashine,i have tried to move it to another server but still same problem.

Hi i've done exacly like you said and played around with it and still no luck,the manager still hang. i did install in on another server and i does exacly the same thing.
