In Team To Do List, I was able to filter by group. This was very handy when wanting to focus on a specific subset of the full data. I could see only the group I was working on at the time and hide all other data. This filter seems to be missing from Task Manager TASK TREE area. I can filter by group in the Task List, but would like to do this in the TASK TREE area, too, but can't. Or am missing something?

Again, in Team To Do List, I was able to save a column/panels layout so I could easily switch from one view of the data to another. Is this feature coming on Task Manager? Worse, I've had a couple of "crashes" with the software and when I restart it after a crash, my columns and panels layout reverts to the default. No fun having to redo the column and panel layouts and sizing all over again.
Any suggestions?

Team To Do List also had a visually useful feature that allowed me to have an icon associated with a category. Would it be possible to have a GROUP ICON that would visually distinguish groups on the TASK LIST?

A small request, but a very useful one. Could you add the strikeout font to the notes options? When one person adds a comment in the notes, it would be great to be able to convert the font to "strikeout" once the note has been done or confirmed, etc. |

I agree. This would be a great feature. For example, we have a document proofing cycle here. We set up a sub-group and add a task for each of the proofers. Then we have to create a link for each and every one of them. Sure would be handy if we could have the link be associated with the sub-group instead so we only have to make a single link for all members to use. |

From time to time, when changing from one user to another, the EXIT and the entire HELP menus become greyed out and cannot be clicked on. When I then exit the program (using the X box in the upper corner of the window) and then restart the software, they are once again clickable. Any idea why?

I was popping back and forth from one user to another, testing the program and trying to learn how the notifications, permissions, etc. work. When popping from Administrator user to my own name, then back to Admin or on to another name -- lots of popping from user to user -- then the "grey out" occurs. Once it does, the only thing to do is to close the the X in the upper right corner and start over.
Hope this helps a bit.

I set up a complex series of tasks in a sub-group in a specific order using the MANUAL ORDER feature. Then I duplicate the sub-group into another parent group. The new sub-group has all the correct tasks, but in a different order. I must then manually re-order correctly. Happens every time. Very frustrating. Why? Am I doing something wrong? How do I duplicate a group and maintain the order of the tasks within that group?

Upon further examination, it appears that groups are duplicated with the tasks sequenced by ID number order. Correct? Is there any way to change an ID number or resequence them once they are made?

When making an CUSTOM WORKFLOW (a fantastic feature, by the way), about half the time when I right-click to change the icon artwork for an item, the open dialog box hangs for several minutes or even crashes the program. Is this a known bug, or something unique to my computer?
I notice the same problem when I tried to change the alarm sound to a different sound file.
