whilst sending multiple Task by email, every task generates a new email. This causes huge traffic.
It was done specially to avoid confusion during sending tasks via e-mail.
One more example,if you send 5-10 tasks by e-mail and every task has big attachment it is real problem for your mail server.

If you mean sending notifications by e-mail in that case you can change default settings on "Notifications" tab in the "Edit resource" dialog (Go to Resource List View->Enter resource->Switch on the 'Notifications" tab->Check unnecessary resources->Press "OK" to save the changes)
Calendar View can display only tasks which have two "time points" in other words Calendar View will show only task which has Start and Finish Date.Task which has only "Due date" will not be displayed because of one 'time point".
How do I get the password for the administrator and a user. I forgot what I set them us as.
