We renamed status Verified to Admin Archive to be more specific for our use. When the assigned resource finishes a task they will mark it Complete. The Project Administrator then reviews the Complete items to determine if the task is actually complete and is no longer active he can change status to Archive.
Would be helpful if only the administrator was only one with authority to mark Archive. Then if the user wishes they can filter task view to not show archived items.
