We seem to have a problem with the notifications, but only regarding changes in comments. I've double-checked that everyone has comments checked in their user profile / notifications tab. The changed comments are visible when looking at the task. But none of us (who are all listed as active resources for a task) are receiving any notifications when someone adds a new comment. Any suggestions?

We checked the Comments notifications and they work fine.
First of all please tell me your version and build numbers (menu Help, option About)
Second, make sure these tasks are in any status but Draft.
Third, by "active Resources" you mean "Assigned Resources", don't you?

Status is from a "Custom workflow" that has "Notification on" and VPXML set as "Created."

My assumption is that any of us who are checked as assigned resources for a task should get notifications when a comment is added. Correct? It simply doesn't seem to be working for us.
