From time to time, when changing from one user to another, the EXIT and the entire HELP menus become greyed out and cannot be clicked on. When I then exit the program (using the X box in the upper corner of the window) and then restart the software, they are once again clickable. Any idea why?

Yes, one or two users have reported the same issue before, but the problem is none of us faced with this bug. Our testers can not repeat it on our computers. We would appreciate if you give us more details or settings so QA department could detect the bug and Development department could fix it.
I was popping back and forth from one user to another, testing the program and trying to learn how the notifications, permissions, etc. work. When popping from Administrator user to my own name, then back to Admin or on to another name -- lots of popping from user to user -- then the "grey out" occurs. Once it does, the only thing to do is to close the the X in the upper right corner and start over.

Unfortunatelly popping back and forth from one user to another doesn't help us to repeat the bug. It is a very strange bug we aware of, but have never seen.
I just got it when I was logged in as a created user with Administrator and Unlimited roles and permissions. I created and enabled an integer Custom Field at the root task for entire task lists. I added values for this field and storted on the field.
