Just before a reminder appears, I get an error message that says "Cannot change Visible in OnShow or OnHide". Most of the time I just have to hit ok and it goes away, but sometimes it won't let me click snooze on the reminder, it will just keep popped up the error. If I wait 5 or 10 minutes, it will then let me snooze. No one else is getting this message but me. It started last week, but I was getting a new computer and thought maybe the old one was just going crazy. Once we installed VIP on my new computer, I am getting the same message.

Dear Catrina Boenig,

I recommend you to do the following:

1. Close the application.
2. Go to: C:\Program Files\VIP Quality Software\VIP Task Manager\dsk and delete
all files in dsk folder (but don't delete the folder itself).
3. Restart the VIP Task Manager.

When I go to C:\Program Files\VIP Quality Software the folder in their is VIP Task Manager Professional and in that folder there is not a dsk folder. There is backup, help, images, licensedata and sound. I checked each one of those and there isn't a dsk folder in any of those. Also, I had a co-worker check and he doesn't have it either.

Dear Catrina,

I'm sorry!

In the latest version .dsk files are saved by the following path:
C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Local Settings\Application Data\VIP Task Manager Professional\Dsk\
