"Waiting" or "Pending" Status Selection

We would like to have an additional selection added to the Status field in Task Manager to indicate one is waiting on someone else, similar to the choice in Team To Do.

Thanks for the question. If you want to create your own status, please, do the following:
1. Go to menu 'Tools'
2. Select 'Edit Workflow'
3. In the dialog box 'Edit Workflow' click on 'New Status' button
4. In the dialog box 'Create Status' enter 'Waiting'.
5. If your new status corresponds to a certain % of task completion, specify it in Complete field.
6. Select 'Waiting' from the drop down menu of VPXML Status field. (If you are going to export your database from VIP Team To Do List and import it to VIP Task Manager)
7. If your new status requires automatic notification to all concerned with this task, select 'On' in Notification field.
