Ability to add recurring tasks

I need to be able to have tasks reoccur at regular intervals (eg every weekday, once a week, once a month, quarterly and so on).

This is a big omission in what so far looks like an excellent product.

Yes, totally agree with you. We have this feature in our plan for the next update. It will be released in February-March next year. Thanks.

Any chance in getting the recurring task sooner, or beta testing it? That function is the maker or breaker for us.

The new update with recurring master can be added earlier however the version will be compiled in January or in the beginning of February. You see, it is not so time consuming to add a feature it is time consuming to test it, so we can not release a version with one or two features. If you want it ASAP I can offer you a beta as soon as it is ready.

We are in the process of testing the trial of Task Manager Standard before making a purchasing decision. The feature outllined above are essential to our decision purchase and its timing.
1)would the recurring tasks be a feature of Task Manager Standard?
2)Is it possible to trial test this feature now?
If such was the case and it works to our satisfaction like the rest of the software then we would make a purchase.

Thank you for the interest in VIP task Manager Standard.
1. Yes, recurring master will be added to the Standard edition as well.
2. Unfortunately, it is not possible to test this feature now, as it is not ready yet. We have already added Custom Fields, Comments, Watch list and Supervisor list, however, Recurring Master is planned for the middle of January.
So, I could provide you with beta version, however, it will not be sooner than the end of January.
If you don't decide to purchase our product anyway, I could send you extension code, when your trial period is over. Please, let me know.

In light of the responsiveness of tech support and the quality of the product we have seen so far AND of course the special Christmas price available, we decided to purchase the 5 packs license for Task Manager Standard now and rely that the updated version in Feb will provide the changes outlined.

Please provide beta and/or update as soon as available.
