Step 6. Sharing real estate agency tasks

VIP Task Manager lets share tasks among real estate agency team members.

Notifications

Once the real estate agency Director creates a new task the program send automatically notifications to all concerned resources. When the real estate agency employee watches his "to do list", he gets notifications displayed in notification panel. Also notifications could be sent by email. If Director does not want a resource to get notifications, he can deny notifications acceptance in Resource view.

Comments panel

Task owner or resource assigned to the task can type in some comments to do the task more descriptive and comprehensible. For instance, the real estate agency Director created and assigned a new task with status "Urgent" to the Appraiser. The task is very important and Director decides to leave comments on the task: "I need this task to be done today. This is Urgent!". The Appraiser gets one notification on the task changes and another one on comments left. It occurs in real time and Appraiser may chat with Director using comments panel. Appraiser replies to Director's and confirms that he will do his best to perform the task.

Task emailing

Besides the receiving task notifications on task changes, there is an opportunity to send the task by email. This feature could be applied if, for example, it needs to appoint the tasks among the staff located remotely from the real estate agency office and get the employees reminded as well. When sending the task by email, Director chooses the resources (recipients) and their email addresses. In addition to the email address typed in the Resource View (email address column) the real estate agency Director can specify other email addresses if needed.
