Most important KPI for team management in building company is time. For successful time and task management it is necessary to track tasks durations. In VIP Task Manager each task has such properties as estimated and actual time. The most convenient way to compare these indicators is to use charts panel. Team coordinator can select required tasks or projects and easily build graphical report – column diagram, where estimated and actual duration of each task or project will be viewed as different colored columns and it will be easy to compare them.

Personnel or department productivity and effectiveness management is highly important in any company, including building companies. VIP Tasks Manager is software that allows not only collaborate within the team, but to analyze each team members productivity. For example: team coordinator or departments managers are able to track how many tasks were completed in time by certain employee, what is the percent of completeness on certain date, how many tasks were created and done during current and previous months in each department, etc.
