Planning advertising agency tasks

One of the possible ways a senior manager can plan tasks for the advertising agency staff is to set priorities. Some clients can be considered as "important" so there is a need to raise the priority of tasks related to such a client, so that the assigned employees could sort or filter tasks by priority in VIP Task Manager to know what tasks they should do first of all.

If some business processes in advertising agency require a strict consequence for the tasks, senior manager can set the task to follow one another. For example, the task "Call the client to confirm that the bank/wire transfer was received" should follow the task "Remind the client to pay the invoice" but not precede it :) . VIP Task Manager allows to set the tasks order by moving tasks up and down the list or sort tasks by their numbers: 1, 2, 3, etc.

And the last but not the least method is setting Start/Finish dates or a Deadline. It is a most commonly used way to plan tasks in advertising agencies, because usually all the materials (be it a simple media plan or the whole marketing strategy) should be ready by the time of meeting appointed by account manager and the client. If the time required to do the task is known then Start and Finish date & time could be used. If it is known only that the task should be done by a certain date and time (in advertising agencies this date is always "yesterday"), then VIP Task Manager lets users to set the Due Date only.
